Aoc Moulis - Cru Bourgeois

The color is bright with beautiful legs on a very intense ruby. The nose is fruity with delicate herbal notes typical of Cabernet. There is an interesting smothness, a seductive sweetness in the nose. After aeration, the complexity is accentuated with touches of cocoa, toast, cigar and elegant leather. The oak is very well integrated and provides a light smoked note. The mouth is finally balanced with good acidity and discreet tannins. There is a beautiful work of the barrel with toasted flavors, cocoa, brioche on the gingerbread. Tasting allows to enjoy a fruity wine (raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry) with a beautiful long finish on black fruits. This is fine and fresh thanks to a very pleasant minty sensation. The aging potential is important.
