Château Lalaudey 2011

Aoc Moulis - Cru Bourgeois

The ruby color of this Château Lalaudey 2011 is limpid and bright. The nose is dominated by nice wood fruits notes like blackcurrant and blackberry. After swirling, the fruity aromas are even stronger and we can smell also toasty, roasty flavors with a hint of vanilla. The attack is soft which allows a velvet mouth with fine tannins. The middle mouth is also fresh and well-balanced. The finish is delicious with an interesting aromatic persistence. You might keep this wine in your cellar for 10 years before appreciating it with cheeses or a chocolate cake with red berries coulis.
