Tasting: L'Estival de Lalaudey - 2004
A rosé colouring, mildly accentuated by cherry reflections. Delicate aromas carry just a hint of fruit. A fresh and vigorous first impression, with a hint of spice and a slightly minty aftertaste. A wonderful summer wine to be enjoyed at any time of day.
Serving advice: L'Estival de Lalaudey should be served at an ideal temperature of between 10 and 12°C.
Wine and dish harmony: Sea-bream grilled a la plancha with sauce vierge.
